Plan your practice!  Hey everyone.  The track will be closed May 18-25th inclusive for a private rental.  This will bring in a significant amount of badly needed funds to the club.  It will reopen May 26-29th so everyone will still have a chance to practice for Amateur Day and Nationals!

Nanaimo Motocross had a hugely successful weekend! It was great to have several mainlanders come over, as well as Dusty Klatt, Kyle Beaton, Spencer Knowles and Jaromir Romancik ripping up the track. The NMA, VIMX and R.E. Cycle sponsored Intermediate Class was intense but the sweetest piece of the pie was won by Ryan Lalonde, followed by Dylan Delaplace, Daniel Vanderbasch, Connor Barnes, Blaine Morrow and Jordan Piccolo.

Many thanks to all of our sponsors including Victoria Waterjet, Legacy Metal Werks, and Ride Industries for the awesome trophies. VI Honda, Mile Zero, Seehorse Creative Media, and Speedmerchant who donated prizes. The Amateur Day entry certificates from Stallybrass Productions were won by Stuart Abernethy, Dax Wilcox, Tanner Smithson and a very happy Wyatt Scheres. Mike Schott spent countless hours ripping and grooming, as did our Pres Mark Swanwick. We also saw Lowell Pugh and Jamie Windsor hopping into some equipment! All the folks helping with the watering, grooming the mini track, the fantastic concessions by Joel and his lovely wife Nadia... we could go on and on. Thanks to all of our sponsors and hard working volunteers. More details on the race to follow and big plans for our May 13th race...stay tuned!
