The Mid Island ATV Club is doing the Annual Toy Ride this Sunday November 15th. They will be setting up parking in the Wastelands parking lot lower lever from 9-5.
Our Annual General Meeting is Sunday November 22, 2009 at 1:00pm, Nanaimo Beban Park Room #14. Please come out and vote in your new Executive for 2010.

Hey Everyone. We want to thank everyone who pitched in and helped make our Races, Practice Day, and Riding Schools happen this year. Many thanks to our Sponsors, Board of Directors and their spouses, and all of our volunteers. We couldn't do it without you!
We hope everyone is enjoying their summer. It's now time to get back to racing! Rounds 1 & 2 of the Island Fall Series will be in Nanaimo on Saturday August 29th and Sunday August 30th. Avoid the line ups and register online here for Saturday Round 1, and Sunday Round 2. We will have an express line at the tower for you.
We are also excited to announce that MX1 Canadian National Pro Rider Dusty Klatt will be putting on a Riding School at Wastelands.

As an added bonus the Wastelands will be the site of The Big Easy Music Festival on Saturday the 29th only, starting at 11:00am. Click the poster for more information. Please note you do not need a festival ticket to ride or watch racing. Regular gate fees to our Motocross event will apply to all non members.
Hey everyone! We are having an organized practice day on Sunday August 16th at the Wastelands Track. See the Nanaimo Practice Day link in the Event Calendar for more information on times and costs.
This will be a great way for you to get ready for the first two rounds of the Island Fall Series in Nanaimo on August 29-30th.
Don't forget you have to have a membership to your home track to be eligible for Island Series Awards at the year end banquet in Campbell River. We will have memberships on sale during the practice on the 16th, and during our race weekend.
