Membership Application

Please use this form for new memberships only.  If you are renewing your membership from last or previous years please follow the instructions in the Membership Renewal link, otherwise you will create a duplicate membership account.

Note that if you have a Family or Associate Family membership, once you sign-up as the primary family member you must add your additional family members to your bundle at the end of the application using the Go to profile button or from the View profile link at the top right of the site.  You can also Edit and remove (Archive) your listed family bundle members from your profile.  See the Family Memberships link for further instructions.

The undersigned hereby applies for membership in the Nanaimo Motocross Association.  As a condition of membership and the use of the facilities owned or operated by the Nanaimo motocross Association, the undersigned assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to the inherent risks of the motocross sport, the use of the motocross track, a collision with natural or manmade objects or other motocross operators or their equipment, negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty on the part of Nanaimo Motocross Association and it’s employees, volunteers, directors and agents.  The undersigned agrees that the Nanaimo Motocross Association and it’s employees, volunteers, directors and agents shall not be liable for any such personal injury death or property loss and releases Nanaimo Motocross Association, it’s employees, volunteers, directors and agents and waives all claims against them.

The undersigned acknowledges having received and read the full copy of the Terms and Conditions of the Nanaimo Motocross Association.
