Early Membership Discounts

As notified earlier on the website and by email, memberships are currently discounted by $25 for Primary Memberships and $15 for Associate Memberships if purchased online only before March 1st.  However due to a problem with the use of coupon codes, the online discounts have been applied to the membership base prices without having to use a coupon code.  Sorry for the confusion!

Lock It or Lose It!

lock.jpgEffective February 1st the gate lock at the Wastelands Motocross Park was changed for 2010 membership.  Please renew or purchase your membership to obtain the new key and continue use of the facility.  Details on membership including renewal and purchase options can be found at the Membership link.  Also see the Early Member Discount offer below.

The NMA is a membership driven and funded club.  As such the Wastelands Motocross Park is for the exclusive use of current members ONLY.  The only exception is for valid Day Pass holders and organized race or other club events.

As NMA members we are covered through our site insurance and rider liability insurance.  However non-members are NOT covered.  It is extremely important that we do everything possible to restrict non-members from using the track to minimize liability risks that could result in losing the insurance and the use of the facility.  To that end, please...

  1. Ensure that you have a current NMA membership.
  2. Ensure that your guests have purchased valid Day Passes.
  3. If you're unsure about someone at the track please ask them to show their current membership card or sticker.  If they don't have one politely explain that the site if for members only, ask them to leave and encourage them to purchase a day pass or membership from a club Executive, bike shop or the NMA website.
  4. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS WITHOUT EXCEPTION LOCK THE GATE UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE FROM THE SITE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE SITE.

Locking the gate is key to keeping non-members off the site and is a condition of membership.  If this continues to be a problem the Club Executive will be forced to consider revoking memberships from those who don't conform.  Obviously we highly value our members and don't want this to happen, but more importantly we can't risk losing the facility for all members.

Your cooperation and consideration is appreciated by all.  So please LOCK IT or we could LOSE IT!
